Shashlyki is a traditional meal that comes originally from Caucasus but it became very popular in Eastern and Western Europe.
Shashlyki is a grilled or fried meat on a stick. In the existing amount of old recipes for marinating sauces, we chose ours very carefully by testing it and comparing to the others ones. The night before our shashlyki event, we will keep the meat during the whole night in this delicious marinade. On the day of the event, we grill it on a specially done for shashlyki BBQ set to ensure an amazing smell and mouth- watering taste.
